The Gemini Park Tarnów shopping center, developed by Gemini Jasna Park in the southern city of Tarnów, Małopolska province, opened Aug. 25.

The center has a total area of 80,000 sq m, of which 41,000 sq m is rentable space. Ninety percent has been rented out to tenants. Real estate services company BOIG Property Consulting is responsible for renting out the facility to tenants.

The construction of Gemini Park Tarnów began in October 2008. The value of the project was around zl.500 million. It was funded mainly from loans provided by PKO BP bank.
