Gov't party PO's support continues to slide down

Poland's governing party Civic Platform (PO) saw its voter support fall by 3 pps to 28% in October, while the chief opposition party Law and Justice (PiS) recorded a 1ppt gain month on month and achieved 24% support, the latest survey from the CBOS institute shows.

Junior coalition partner Polish People’s Party (PSL) held flat at 5%.

New leftist liberal party The Palikot Movement, established by former PO MP Janusz Palikot, saw its voter support stable at 4%, below the 5% threshold required for parliamentary representation. Support for left-wing Democratic Left Alliance (SLD) held stable at 8%.
