Builders complain about road authority to transport minister

Four Polish construction lobbies accuse road authority GDDKiA of intentional delays in approving finished works as well as of unjustified rejection of settlements for additional works, with the total negative effect for the construction sector of some PLN 6 billion, the lobbies wrote in a letter to the Transport Minister Slawomir Nowak.

Construction firms want such issues to be decided in arbitrage rather than in courts, construction lobby PZPB chairman Marek Michalowski said.
