Polish government will seek to launch utilizing EU subsidies from the new 2014-2020 budget pool already in mid-2014, Regional Development Minister Elzbieta Bienkowska told a news briefing.

"We will do everything possible to launch the new pool as soon as possible," Bienkowska said. "I think it could start in mid-2014, it would be the earlier launch in history."

Poland remain confident of getting PLN 300 billion from the pool, Bienkowska said.
