New Tenants at Warsaw Trade Tower

The PG Energy and Trendmicro companies have moved into the Warsaw Trade Tower office building in the center of Warsaw. PG Energy occupies 135 sq m in the building and Trendmicro more than 140 sq m.

The Warsaw Trade Tower has 44,400 sq m of space, most of which has been rented out to tenants. Among the main tenants are KPMG, AXA Polska, PKN Orlen, Reckitt Benckiser, MSD Polska and NASK.

Real estate services company King Sturge is responsible for renting out office modules to tenants and renegotiating lease contracts. The building is owned by the Portfolio Real Estate 12 company.
