Dalkia plans construction of heat and power plant in Warsaw

French Dalkia wants to build a 100 MW heat and power plant in Warsaw, the daily Dziennik Gazeta Prawna reports, citing no specific sources.

This would be a first step to compete with Warsaw main heat producer PGNiG Termika, unit of Polish gas giant, the daily writes
