An Investor-Friendly City with Potential
December 30, 2010
Article's tools:

I am happy that voters have shown so much appreciation to the efforts that my colleagues and I have undertaken to foster the development of the city.

The last several years have been a very special time for 安inouj軼ie in terms of the amount of funds that the city has assigned for investment and community projects, coupled with external funds. The effects can be seen all over the town and 安inouj軼ie is flourishing, as shown by its high ratings in different league tables.

The local infrastructure and efforts aimed at improving the living conditions and standards for 安inouj軼ie residents will remain a top priority for me in the coming term. We will carry out many important projects, but I would like to mention the ones which are of extreme significance to the further development of 安inouj軼ie and its image.

The first such project is the redevelopment of the Seaside District. Starting in 2011, we want to offer investors very attractive land in the direct neighborhood of the beach, assigned for tourist and spa facilities. We are expecting dependable investors ready to build high-standard hotels and boarding houses. We are looking forward to a new Seaside District to match 21st-century standards.

The next location which may become the landmark of 安inouj軼ie is attractive land for investment which surrounds the marina and is assigned for hotels and tourist services.

Another project vital to the city’s further development and more efficient transportation is a tunnel between the islands of Wolin and Uznam, to be built underneath the 安ina river. The project could not happen without external funds and support from the government.

Our city has huge potential and it is up to us to make the most of it. I hope we can succeed.
