Duszniki—land for production facilities and warehouses
Three plots of land, 11.66 hectares in size in total, located on the outskirts of Duszniki, the main town in Duszniki district in Szamotuły county. The property is designated for production facilities and warehouses. It is located in the direct vicinity of a local asphalt-paved road from Duszniki to Lwówek, around 20 kilometers from the A2 freeway and 8 km from the E30 international Berlin-Warsaw road. After conditions on utility supply are agreed, the property can be connected to the power grid and water supply system.

Kościelna Wieś—land for service outlets
Plot no. 977/19, 2.2111 ha in size, is located in the village of Kościelna Wieś, Gołuchów district in Pleszew county, bordering the city of Kalisz. The property is located along national road no. 12. Nearby is a residential quarter with single- and multi-family houses. The local zoning plan designates the property for service outlets. Power and water supply and a sewage system are available.

Fałkowo Interchange—land for business development
The property, around an interchange under construction on the S-5 expressway, is located in Fałkowo, Łubowo district in Gniezno county. The property is around 12 km from Gniezno and 38 km from Poznań. It is over 100 ha in size in total, most of which is designated for business development, industry and services.

Owińska-Bolechowo Południe—land for housing
The property in Owińska near Bolechowo Osiedle, Czerwonak district in Poznań county, consists of several dozen plots of land 930-2,000 square meters in size. The plots are designated for residential areas with optional service facilities. The property also includes a 1-hectare plot designated as a retail and services zone. The property is located 17 km north of the center of Poznań, along province road no. 196. A housing estate is located right next to it. The property has a convenient location near a big city, and is close to recreational areas. It borders a forest in the southwest and is just 700 m east of the Warta River. New buildings are being constructed on plots which have been already sold.

Wieruszew—retail and service area
The property is a defunct, 12-hectare greenhouse complex located around 5 km from the city of Konin near province road no. 264. Since the facility can no longer be reopened, it is advisable to dismantle it and then use the land for new projects. Under the local zoning plan, plot no. 161/25 is designated for retail and service facilities for agriculture-related purposes.

Gaj Mały—palace and park complex
The park and palace complex in Gaj Mały is located in Obrzycko community, Szamotuły county, near provincial road no. 185 from Szamotuły to Obrzycko and Czarnków, around 4 km from Szamotuły and 40 km from Poznań.

The palace is officially registered as a historic monument. It is the central building of a complex that features a chapel and a cylindrical tower. A one-story manor house with a mansard roof stands at the western end of the complex, linked to the gate building via a round tower. The palace, manor house, tower and a fragment of a wall form a courtyard. The gates lead to the gardens.

The park, established as a landscaping project in the latter half of the 19th century, is 5.0797 hectares in size. Most of the park is well kept and basic maintenance is provided.

Dębe near Kalisz—industrial areas and warehouses
The 6.03-hectare property consists of three lots, nos. 4/1, 4/2 and 4/3, located in Dębe, a village in Żelazków district near the city of Kalisz. The local zoning plan assigns the land for industrial and storage facilities as well as services. The lots are adjacent to provincial road no. 470, which leads to the city of Kalisz, 6 km away. The property can be connected to power and water supply systems upon agreeing on the terms of utilities supply.

Pysząca near Śrem—production and storage facilities, warehouses
The local zoning plan assigns plot no. 77/6 (7.9023 ha) for production and storage facilities, warehouses and, in part, railroad infrastructure. The property is awaiting designation as a subzone of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone. An access road links the property to provincial road no. 434, connected to the Śrem beltway. It is possible to build a railway link in the direct neighborhood of the property. The plot has access to electricity, water supply and sewerage systems as well as a gas pipeline.
