A constructive motion of no confidence in Donald Tusk’s government is ready, and will be sent to the Sejm lower house in the second half of January, spokesman of the Poland's main opposition party, the conservative Law and Justice (PiS) said on Wednesday.

PiS will not wait until negotiations on the EU budget for 2014-2020 have ended, Adam Hofman said, adding that PiS wanted a vote on the motion in early February.

A constructive motion of no-confidence has to be signed by at least 46 MPs and must include a candidate for PM.
