Poland has launched a tender for selecting legal advisors for privatization of power utility Energa, the Treasury Ministry said on its website.

The tender concerns legal services in the process of selling Energa shares through a public offer, the statement read.

The tender terms suggest the offer would be conducted in Poland and abroad, including the US, the ministry also said.

The Treasury had said Energa IPO would be conducted in 2013.
Energa is an electricity producer and distributor, it supplies electricity to 2.5 million households and over 300,000 firms.
