Piła is the largest economic and academic center in the northern part of Wielkopolska province. The area, formerly used as a military testing ground, is located near the intersection of national roads nos. 10 (Szczecin-Bydgoszcz-Toruń) and 11 (Kołobrzeg-Poznań-Bytom).

The area has excellent transportation links to downtown Piła and is located 6 km from an airstrip. The land is designated for business uses. Electricity is available from the GPZ Piła-Południe and PKP Energetyka power companies. A natural gas grid is available 800 m from the property and the distance to a water pipeline system is 600 m.

Area near Wawelska Street—First-Class Land 2010
The area, designated for business (production, depots, storage yards and services), boasts and attractive location right next to national road no. 11 and its intersection with national road no. 10. Production and service facilities are located nearby.

The area may become part of the Piła Subzone of a special economic zone. It was named First-Class Land 2010 by the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ).

The property is accessed by a paved road leading from Wawelska Street. Utilities available in the neighborhood include water and sewage systems (130 m from the property) and a natural gas grid (300 m). Electricity of up to 5 MW is available from the GPZ Piła-Południe power company. The area borders a railway siding. Work is under way to provide full infrastructure on the property by mid-2012, complete with water and sewage systems and storm water drainage.
