Organizer: EurobuildConferences
Investors want to forget the recession and to face the future. In theory, the economy is waking up from stagnation. Hotel owners in the whole CEE region are rubbing their hands with joy, as hotel occupation rates increase. More tourists are arriving and businesspeople are also travelling more.

The hotel market is being closely watched by investors and international chains are looking for new opportunities, markets and challenges. Is this run of good luck, which started last year, going to last? Will it result in an increase in the number of investments? These remain open questions, but there are many more interesting issues than just these ones. It seems that investors' attitudes regarding the construction of two- and three-star chains is becoming more favourable. But will such investments be profitable? On the other hand, what about expensive, luxurious hotels? During the boom, investors were more willing to commence such investments. Have they over-invested? How are they coping with it now? Moreover, how about investing in boutique hotels? If the answer is yes - in which cities? There are a lot of questions, and situation on the market is changing dramatically. Where can one find the answers? At the 3rd Conference on Hotel Investment in Central Europe, organised by EurobuildConferences.
