As every year, the Sochaczew narrow-gauge railway will be full-steam-ahead in May. The local Narrow-Gauge Railway Museum arranges trips only for organized groups of around 200. Starting June 7, the train will run regularly every Saturday. The expedition starts at 9 a.m. with a visit to the museum; at 9:40 the train departs to the edge of Kampinoska Forest. After a one-hour journey to Wilcze Tułowskie station, tourists walk to the forest clearing where a picnic will take place with a bonfire. So, you can bring your own food with you. The excursion ends at 2:40 p.m. in Sochaczew. Tickets: zl.17, discount zl.13, children under four zl.3. The Narrow-Gauge Railway Museum is open every day 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

The Grójec Commuter Railway is also inaugurating a new season. This year, there will be no scheduled departures; you can hire the train for organized groups. The cost of one ride for 45 passengers, or one car: to Tarczyn-zl.1,400; to Grójec-zl.2,500; to Mała Wieś- zl.3,000-zl.3,500.
Everybody who visits the European Picnic in Piaseczno May 31, organized by the mayor and county head of Piaseczno, will have a one-off opportunity to go by train. It will run several times-if enough passengers turn up-on the route Piaseczno-Złotokłos, the last station before Tarczyn. In Złotokłos, during a 20-minute stopover, there will be a husky-dog show. Tickets: zl.1-5. Other attractions include shows of Harley Davidson motorcycles, and both old and new fire engines. A meeting is also planned with actors from the M jak miłość (L for Love) series, which is filmed in the area of Piaseczno county.
