Poland plans to extend the work time clearance period to 12 months from the current 4 months and to introduce flexible work hours, according to draft changes to the Labor Code adopted by the cabinet on Tuesday.

"Introducing a longer clearance period will allow employers to manage employees' work time more flexibly, depending on demand for work in particular months," the government statement reads.

Poland would also like to introduce the possibility of implementing flexible work hours into the Labor Code, the statement shows.
