State real estate holding PHN will debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on Wednesday, February 13, an invitation to the debut sent by the company and the Treasury Ministry shows.

Poland set the issue price of PHN shares at PLN 22, PHN said on February 5.

The Treasury is selling 10.846 million shares, of which 9.219 million will be sold to institutional investors and 1.627 million to retail investors.
