Klimt House (Echo Investment)
Klimt House, a luxury apartment building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district currently under construction, boasts an excellent location and unique architecture. The building’s name and the character of its interiors is a reference to the work of Gustav Klimt, the painter and graphic artist of the Vienna Secession. Motifs from the artist’s oeuvre can be found in the carefully designed common areas of the building. The use of high-quality finishing materials makes Klimt House an exceptional project combining all that is fascinating about Klimt’s art: elegance, sensuality, color.

The building is located in the heart of Old Mokotów, at 46/48 Kazimierzowska St. Old Mokotów is one of Warsaw’s most beautiful and colorful neighborhoods, a major educational center with plenty of leisure opportunities.

The project design features 60 air-conditioned apartments ranging in size from 41 to 190 sq m. Residents will have use of 82 parking spaces in the underground garage. The inner courtyard of Klimt House has been designed as a recreational area with landscaped greenery, carefully chosen small architectural elements and a playground.

For residents’ convenience, Klimt House will have special carts for transporting shopping or heavy objects. They will be available from the garage area, which will have elevators to the residential floors. The building will be fully accessible to disabled people. The project also includes advanced monitoring and access control systems. The complex will be fenced. Residents will be able to enter the parking space using a remote control, while access to the buildings will be possible only through a reception area. Guests will be able to contact their hosts or the reception desk through a video intercom at the main entrance.
