His Lordship Cucumber, Mango Jazz and Crimson Tomato Soup are just some of the colorful dishes served at MG Eat, a new restaurant in Warsaw.

The restaurant at 32 Chmielna St. is the brainchild of Polish restaurateur Magda Gessler. MG Eat is all about healthy snacks made of natural ingredients. The colorful interior is furnished with whitewashed furniture and a symbolic “tree of life” encourages guests to stop for an inspiring moment of relaxation. The restaurant uses Gessler’s own recipes that combine familiar Polish flavors with dreams of exotic cultures and remote corners of the world.

MG Eat is governed by the seasons and the menu includes lots of seasonal dishes, such as vegetable and multi-fruit smoothies. Gourmets who are partial to natural and fresh food will be delighted by MG Eat’s creamy soups, rich in vitamins and nutrients. Some of the most tempting soup entries include Phuket Tajska (Thai Phuket) and Aksamitna Kurczakowa (Velvet Chicken Soup). The fresh salads and colorful sandwiches available are pleasing to both the eye and the palate and if you have a sweet tooth, try MG Eat’s cereal muffins, delicious fruit tarts and the house specialty, a frozen yogurt called Froyo, an alternative to ice-cream for those watching their weight.
