Ill-advised laws are the main obstacle in Poland to investment planning in the energy and mining sector, results of a Deloitte survey showed on Wednesday.

Most polled companies said new energy laws currently in preparation also needed improvement. Over 50% of the respondents said unfriendly laws were the main investment barrier in the energy/mining sector, 70% said the government's proposed "energy three pack" covering electricity, gas and renewable energy needed further elaboration.

Some 13% said the new laws are unacceptable.
