Poland will pick advisors for power group Energa's IPO within coming days and still believes the debut could take place in H1, deputy Treasury Minister Pawel Tamborski told reporters.

"Within the next few days we will complete the process of selecting advisors for Energa," Tamborski.

"The company is prepared and I believe that the debut is possible in the first half of the year," the deputy minister added.

As recently as on Wednesday Treasury Minister Mikolaj Budzanowski told PAP Polish news agency that the treasury still wants to sell a stake in Energa via an IPO in 2013 but will look for a strategic investor for the company only beyond end-2013.
