Germany's BSH household appliances cleared to take over Zelmer

German household appliances maker BSH Sprzet Gospodarstwa Domowego obtained a regulatory approval for the takeover of white goods maker Zelmer, anti-monopoly office UOKiK said in a press statement.

Germany's household appliances group BSH Bosch und Siemens Hausgeraete via Polish unit BSH Sprzet Gospodarstwa Domowego is bidding for 15.2 million shares or a 100% stake in peer Zelmer at PLN 40 per share.
