Headz Marketing Partner Plans Private Share Issue

The Headz Marketing Partner company, which owns a nationwide network of out-of-home advertising media, is meeting with prospective investors about launching a private issue of shares to develop a market for exclusive backlight billboards in Poland.

The offering is estimated at up to zl.20 million, which the company plans to use for further development and for consolidating the Polish market for backlight billboards. Headz Marketing Partner owns 75 backlight billboards, sized 8 by 4 meters, located on the main thoroughfares and in the richest suburbs in Poland’s largest conurbations, in city centers, and near shopping malls and airports. Headz Marketing Partner is a leading business in the 8x4 blacklight segment with a 14 percent market share. The company’s medium-term strategy includes attaining a market share of 16-17 percent by the end of 2012, which would make Headz the second-largest market player after AMS, part of the Agora SA group.

Surveys show that along with online advertising and television commercials, out-of-home advertising will be the most rapidly developing segment of the advertising market in Poland. The recovery from the slump of 2008-2010 is particularly pronounced in investment in specialized outdoor advertising media. The upward trend is expected to continue throughout next year and in 2013.
