For Sale: Land for a Hotel
November 25, 2011
Article's tools:

The Municipality of K這dzko has an attractive property for sale to potential investors.

The local zoning plan assigns the land for a modern hotel.

The 1-hectare plot of land is designated for a hotel meeting European standards, complete with recreational facilities, restaurants, modern and comfortably furnished rooms, conference rooms, a swimming pool and a tennis court. The key selling points of the property include its scenic location within the Owcza G鏎a Fort, proximity to many tourist attractions in K這dzko and surrounding areas, convenient areas to hold outdoor events near the hotel and the fact that K這dzko County has no other location presenting such extensive opportunities.

The property will be sold through a bidding procedure. The area still needs utilities to be put in place.

Investor sought for a cable car system
K這dzko is both a tourist destination and a transit town, and in order to make a visit to K這dzko more attractive to tourists, the town has started preparing to build a cable car system that will link the Main Stronghold with the Owcza G鏎a Fort. A cable car ride between the two sections, high above the Nysa K這dzka River, will provide tourists with a splendid opportunity to see a breathtaking panorama of K這dzko and its surroundings. The design features a two-cable system with cable cars shuttling between the two terminals. The propelling station, fitted with a modern electric system, will be located in the Main Stronghold.

The projected transportation system will be entirely environmentally friendly and safe from colliding with any structures and transportation routes in the town. The cars will travel at up to 56 meters above the ground and at an average speed of 5 meters per second, carrying over 300 passengers an hour. This will be the first time for a cable car system in Poland to be used to transport passengers in an urban area.

With a history dating 1000 back years and plenty of historic structures, including the Fortress and an underground tourist trail, K這dzko is a town with a soul and is well worth investing in.
