The world’s biggest hotel chain has become a well-known brand in Poland.

In Warsaw, the Best Western Felix and Portos hotels, owned by PUHIT S.A., share the same quality, customer service standards, Best Western Rewards loyalty programs and promotional initiatives. These three-star hotels have been part of the Start Hotel chain since 2004. Joining the international Best Western chain creates new challenges for the hotels and presents them with opportunities to attract new customers from abroad. The hotels meet the expectations of a wide range of demanding guests: from tourists and people on business trips to organizers of conferences and training programs.

Catering to all guests’ needs, the hotels have over 220 elegant and comfortably furnished rooms divided into the Lux, Premium Lux and Studio standard levels.

The Best Western Warsaw hotels are an ideal partner to help organize business meetings. The Felix Hotel has three air-conditioned conference rooms for 150 people and five smaller rooms for groups of up to 20 people. The Portos Hotel is a great place for smaller meetings with two conference rooms for 40 people, two rooms for workshops, and a VIP room. All rooms are equipped with professional audiovisual systems, DVD players, Wi-Fi, projectors and screens.

The hotel restaurants offer a broud menu that will satisfy the palate of any food lover. Each of the restaurants has the stylish interior that can hold 120 people, providing an ideal setting for parties, including wedding parties. After work, the hotel bars welcome quests for a moment of relaxation and allow them to make new business contacts in a casual atmosphere.

The Best Western Felix and Portos hotels are just a few kilometers from the city center, railway stations and Warsaw airport, which can be reached by car or public transport.

PUHIT SA is the owner of the Start Hotel brand and program launched in Poland in 2004. The company owns the Best Western Felix Hotel and the Best Western Portos Hotel in Warsaw and the Best Western Krakow Old Town in Cracow, as well as other hotels in Warsaw and Cracow. Since mid-2008 it has consistently improved the standard of its hotels. In total, PUHIT SA has 10 hotels and hostels in Warsaw and Cracow, with a total of 4,000 beds. It also owns eight office buildings for rent, with a total space of 20,000 sq m.
