Soccer fans and those who are yet to catch the soccer bug should check out the Grand Soccer Exhibition at the Palace of Culture and Science. Items on display include souvenir pennants, trophies and soccer balls from different decades and shirts and boots worn by legendary soccer players such as Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, Zinedine Zidane, Luis Figo and Francisco Gento.

Combined with games and activities for kids, the Grand Soccer Exhibition aims to provide fun for entire families.

The more traditional section of the exhibition is supplemented with hi-tech multimedia and includes a video game console with a motion sensor, which is sure to appeal to younger visitors.

Other than pure entertainment, the exhibition is also about education, allowing visitors to find out why soccer balls used during the World Cup in South Africa flew through the air faster than before and why soccer training camps can last up to 18 months.

The Grand Soccer Exhibition is organized by the STX Jamboree agency.
