Inspired by Nature
April 26, 2012
Article's tools:

The Earth Museum of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) in Warsaw is hosting an exhibition of works by artists affiliated with the Kampania Artystyczna (Art Campaign) association, directed by Ewa Miazek.

Exhibited in the museum’s scenic surroundings, the paintings, prints and carvings are inspired by nature and as such, they seem to interact with the fossils, shells and other items which are part of the museum’s regular collection. Inquisitive visitors will easily identify the connection between objects displayed at the museum and the guest exhibition in terms of the colors, shapes, materials and subject matter of the works.

Artists taking part in the exhibition include our colleague at The Warsaw Voice, Ewa Andrzejczak.

Earth Museum, Polish Academy of Sciences
20/26, 27 Na Skarpie Ave.
Open Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Sun. 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Museum closed on Saturdays. Until May 20.
