The Best Western Felix and Portos were the first hotels in Warsaw to start operating as part of the internationally recognizable American Best Western chain. A year after they opened, it is clear the two hotels have made the grade in terms of meeting the American chain’s requirements.

Development has always been the priority at the Felix and Portos and over the past several months the two hotels have undergone changes in order to better cater to visitors to the capital. Guests will be surprised to see the new, state-of-the-art reception desk at the Felix Hotel and the totally redesigned facade and main entrance to the Portos Hotel.

Both hotels have new Premium Lux rooms offering enhanced comfort standards with coffee and tea sets, laptop pads, LCD television sets and free internet access. Newspapers are delivered to the rooms daily.

Room service at the two hotels is available every day between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. As befits every business hotel, both the Portos and the Felix have quality conference and training facilities.

After a day of hard work, hotel guests can retire to the hotel restaurants and drink bars for some well-deserved relaxation. The chefs make sure the food is pleasing to all palates and guests can choose from a wide range of European and international dishes. The design of the restaurants creates an atmosphere conducive to both low-key business meetings and big parties.

The Best Western Portos and Felix hotels are a short distance from the city center, which can be conveniently and quickly reached by car and public transport.

In order to treat guests to summer delicacies and refreshing drinks in the open, in June the hotels opened patios that were hugely popular during the Euro 2012 soccer championships. A special Champion’s menu and soccer memorabilia helped everybody get in the mood.

Our Staff, Our Strength
Development is about more than refurbished rooms, redesigned reception desks and new sections. The prerequisite for development is to invest in professional staff. Hotel employees regularly attend training and conferences on top customer service standards in the modern hotel business. Whenever you visit the three-star Best Western Felix and Portos hotels, you can rest assured that all your needs and expectations will be met efficiently and competently.
