Industrial space developer Panattoni Europe has announced the renewal of a lease contract with French home improvement and gardening retailer Leroy Merlin, which will continue to occupy 56,000 square meters of warehouse space at Panattoni Park Stryków near the central city of £ód¼.

Leroy Merlin has been leasing space at Panattoni Park Stryków since 2008. The retailer uses its Stryków facility as a cross-docking platform and a central warehouse to supply Leroy Merlin stores across Poland.

Panattoni Park Stryków consists of three buildings with a total of over 107,000 square meters of warehouse space. The complex is fully leased and has a convenient location near the A2 freeway junction at Stryków, providing good transport links with the rest of the country. At the same time, the complex is not far from the £ód¼ city center and uses the local labor pool.
