An unnamed international healthcare company, represented by real estate consultants Cushman & Wakefield, has leased 690 square meters of office space in the Holland Park complex in Warsaw.

Built in 1998, Holland Park is an office and retail complex with 10,490 square meters of office space, more than 1,000 square meters of retail space, and underground parking spaces for 100 cars. The complex is composed of two buildings - a larger six-story building with two main entrances directly from Trzech Krzyży Square and a smaller building, called Piano, with an independent entrance.
