Bouygues Immobilier Polska has begun selling apartments as part of the third and final stage of its Carré Arte residential project at 49 Jana Kazimierza Street in Warsaw's Wola district. Phase three of the project comprises 145 housing units ranging from 24.5 to 101 square meters in size.

So far, the developer has sold more than 80 percent of the apartments in the first stage of the project and 75 percent of the apartments in the second stage. The first apartments will be ready for tenants to move in by mid-2013. The final phase of the project is scheduled to be completed in 2014.

The apartments cost zl.7,190 per square meter on average and include a large number of units covered by the government’s Family on its Own subsidized housing program.

Ultimately, the estate being built by Bouygues Immobilier Poland on Jana Kazimierza Street will have more than 840 apartments with a total area of around 45,000 sq m.
