Investment fund BPT Optima, managed by BPT Asset Management, has sold the Twarda Tower office building in Warsaw to fund management company Europa Capital LLP.

A team of experts from real estate services company Jones Lang LaSalle advised BPT on the sale of the building, while Europa Capital LLP was represented by the Savills company.

Built in 2003, Twarda Tower is one of the most prestigious addresses in Warsaw. The 27,000-sq-m building is located within the so-called Central Business District, at the intersection of Twarda Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue. The main tenant in the building is telecommunications company Telekomunikacja Polska S.A.
