Conference on Opportunities for Growing Businesses

A conference entitled Opportunities and Challenges that Growing Businesses Face in Selected New EU Member States – Perspectives for the Future will be held in Warsaw on Nov. 21-23 to discuss economic and legal problems which entrepreneurs have to deal with in their own countries and in cross-border investment projects in Central and Eastern Europe.
This is the first conference in Poland for entrepreneurs and lawyers focusing on the practical aspects of legal solutions that support business activity.
The conference will consist of workshops and sessions concerning financing business, taxes, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, succession in business, insolvency, restructuring, competition law and arbitration.
Professor Leszek Balcerowicz, Professor Danuta Hübner, Andrzej Klesyk and Professor Marcin Król will speak as guests of honor.
The conference is being organized by the European Forum of the International Bar Association. The Lewiatan Polish Confederation of Private Employers is the organizational partner.
