C&W Becomes Exclusive Agent for Wikana Business Park

Real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield has become the exclusive agent responsible for renting out Wikana Business Park, a logistics and office center being developed in the southeastern city of Lublin, on Grygowej Street.

The facility will be part of the Lublin subzone of the Mielec Special Economic Zone. The investor is the Wikana Invest company.

The Wikana Business Park will include an office building composed of two four-story segments. It will have a leasable area of 14,000 sq m, with 7,500 sq m scheduled for delivery in the first stage. The property will have an underground parking garage for 165 vehicles and 81 parking spaces above ground. Office space will be ready for use by tenants in the first quarter of next year.

The warehouse building will be 14,100 sq m in size and is due to be completed by March.
