Atrium European Real Estate Limited, a real estate company focusing on shopping center investment, management and development in Central and Eastern Europe, says it has secured a pre-let agreement for 12,500 sq m with DIY store operator Leroy Merlin at its 75,000-sq-m Atrium Felicity shopping center development in Lublin, Poland.

Following this deal, Atrium Felicity is now 71-percent pre-let, with over a year to go before the center is due to open.

The mall will be home to 135 retail and service outlets, including brands such as Intersport, Reserved, House, Cropp, Cubus, Zara, Bershka, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear, H & M, Smyk Megastore, CCC, Rossmann, and Fitness Club Pure. There will be parking for 3,000 cars at the center, which is scheduled to open its doors at the end of 2013.
