Gaj Mały—palace and park complex
The park and palace complex in Gaj Mały is located in Obrzycko community, Szamotuły county, near provincial road no. 185 from Szamotuły to Obrzycko and Czarnków, around 4 km from Szamotuły and 40 km from Poznań.

The palace is officially registered as a historic monument. It is the central building of a complex that features a chapel and a cylindrical tower. A one-story manor house with a mansard roof stands at the western end of the complex, linked to the gate building via a round tower. The palace, manor house, tower and a fragment of a wall form a courtyard. The gates lead to the gardens.

The park, established as a landscaping project in the latter half of the 19th century, is 5.0797 hectares in size. Most of the park is well kept and basic maintenance is provided.

Owińska—former brewery
The property comprises a complex of buildings that used to be a brewery (and later a distillery and flaking plant) located in Owińska, Czerwonak district, approx. 14 km north from the center of Poznań. The property includes the brewery building with a residential part, a grain storage building (granary) and 2 outbuildings. The complex is an example of 19th-century industrial architecture in Wielkopolska and is entered in the historic sites register. The property is attractively located on the Warta River, close to a former Cistercian monastic complex. The current zoning plan defines the property as designated for tourist services, residential purposes with artisan services, meadowland; in the part not covered by the zoning plan, the property is available as a business development zone on special terms.

Bolechowo Osiedle—land for housing
Several dozen plots in Bolechowo Osiedle, Czerwonak district, Poznań county, assigned for residential housing, ranging in size from 970 to 1,900 sq m.

The property is located approx. 17 km from the center of Poznań, to the north, along provincial highway No. 196. It neighbors a housing estate. The property’s selling points, apart from the proximity of a large city, include its recreational value. From the southwest, the plots are adjacent to a forest complex, and approx. 700 m to the west is the Warta riverbed. Construction has begun on plots sold earlier and work on infrastructure is under way.
