The park, established as a landscaping project in the latter half of the 19th century, is 5.0797 hectares in size. Most of the park is well kept and basic maintenance is provided.

The complex is an example of 19th-century industrial architecture in Wielkopolska and is entered in the historic sites register. The property is attractively located on the Warta River, close to a former Cistercian monastic complex. The current zoning plan defines the property as designated for tourist services, residential purposes with artisan services, meadowland; in the part not covered by the zoning plan, the property is available as a business development zone on special terms.
