After it is expanded, CH Wzgórze will be one of the largest shopping centers in the Pomerania region. The mall will be 70,000 sq m in size and will be home to 270 stores.

The facility is currently 82-percent leased, and most of the remaining retail space has been reserved. Key tenants include Real, Inditex, LPP, Alshaya, H&M, C&A, Kino Helios, Smyk, Empik, Superpharm, Sephora, Rossmann, Bath and Body Works, Cubus, LaVard, Duka, Kruk, Apart, Solar, Gino Rossi, Victoria’s Secret and Felina.

The developer behind the mall is Mayland Real Estate, a company established in 2006 that has opened three modern shopping centers in Poland: Karolinka in Opole, Pogoria in D±browa Górnicza, and Jantar in Słupsk.
