Mary Kay Cosmetics has become a new tenant at Gate One Business Park near Warsaw airport. It will take up around 1,400 sq m of warehouse and office space. Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease transaction.

Mary Kay Cosmetics is a manufacturer and distributor of personal care and women’s beauty products and is present on more than 30 global markets. It has operated in Poland since 2003.

Gate One Business Park is a modern office and warehouse park offering warehouse space suitable for businesses preferring small business units (starting from 1,200 sq m) and high quality office space. The facility is located at 62 Działkowa St. in Warsaw close to Frederic Chopin International Airport. It provides a total of 19,100 sq m of leasable space. The investor behind Gate One Business Park is Raiffeisen Immobilien Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H., and the general contractor is Strabag. The park opened in August 2012.
