Insurance broker Gras Savoye Polska has leased 3,200 sq m of office space in the Ambassador Office Building in Warsaw's Mokotów district. Real estate services company AXI Immo represented Gras Savoye Polska in the deal.

The Ambassador Office Building is a development by Kronos Real Estate. The office building is due to be completed at the end of 2012. The complex consists of two buildings of seven and 11 stories. The Ambassador Office Building features modern architecture, high quality finishing and an interesting arrangement of common areas. The total floor area of the project is 15,600 sq m. The complex has a convenient location near the Galeria Mokotów mall and with good public transport links including a metro line and several bus and tram lines nearby.
