Master Management Group, a leading retail space manager and developer in Poland, has purchased a plot of land in the city of Ełk in order to build the Brama Mazur shopping center.

The plot, covering an area of 1.85 hectares, is located in the town center. Master Management Group intends to construct a shopping and entertainment center with a total gross leasable area of 16,250 sq m and a 600-space underground parking garage.

Construction work is expected to begin by the end of this year once the investor completes the necessary paperwork.
