Keen Property Partners (KPP), the owner and manager of the Holland Park luxury residential complex near Trzech Krzyży Square in Warsaw, has sold 90 percent of the apartments in the Oscar and Brunello buildings.

Six apartments ranging from 83 to 99 square meters in size are still available to buyers. KPP is holding an open house at Holland Park Oct. 13-14 and Oct. 27-28 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Holland Park residential complex was built in 2000 by ING Real Estate. KPP, a company providing real estate services, bought the complex in 2006 and thoroughly modernized the buildings.

Holland Park is composed of two buildings, Brunello and Oscar, with a total of 59 luxury apartments, ranging from 83 to 180 sq m.
