The Atrium Felicity company, the investor behind the Atrium Felicity shopping center under construction in the eastern city of Lublin, has signed up Media Saturn Holding Polska as a tenant. Saturn is leasing retail space in the center for a store with consumer electronics, radio and television equipment and household appliances, under a letter of intent signed at the end of September. The two companies plan to sign a lease agreement by the end of the year.

The Atrium Felicity center, located at the intersection of Witosa Avenue and Grygowej Street, will have a leasable area of 75,000 sq m and will be the largest shopping center in the city. After the deal with Saturn is finalized, the investor will have tenants for 78 percent of the total space in the center more than one year before its opening.

Among the 135 retail outlets in the center will be brands such as Zara, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, H&M, Reserved, Cropp, Intersport, Home&You, Smyk Megastore, New Yorker, CCC, Rossmann, Sephora, RTV Euro AGD, and Fitness Club Pure. The shopping center will provide a parking lot for 3,000 vehicles. Its opening is scheduled for the end of 2013.
