Dalkia at Plac Unii Office Complex
October 14, 2012
The Dalkia company has leased one of the three buildings in the Plac Unii Office Complex under a seven-year agreement negotiated by BNP Paribas Real Estate. The complex is still under construction. Located at the intersection of Boya-Żeleńskiego and Puławska streets in Warsaw's Mokotów district, it will deliver 41,000 sq m onto the market.
BNP Paribas Real Estate and Sophie Gabard-Karbonowski were responsible for analyzing available offers, choosing the building and offering advice on the terms of the lease agreement.
Plac Unii is a complex of three buildings connected by a glass roof at a height of 30 meters above ground - two six-story buildings and a 21-story tower. The project will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2013. It is being carried out by developer Liebrecht & Wood and investment fund company BBI Development.
