The Lake View company, the developer behind the Osada nad Jeziorem residential estate in the northeastern vacation resort of Mikołajki in the Mazuria Lake District, has secured a building permit for the project.

The Bulanda and Mucha architectural practice has designed the estate while real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield is selling the houses on behalf of the investor.

Osada nad Jeziorem will be composed of 12 houses, each with an area of 300 sq m, with plots ranging from 1,100 sq m to 1,475 sq m. The estate will be located by Lake Mikołajskie, 1.5 kilometers from the center of the town. Construction will take two years to complete. There will also be a tennis court, a restaurant, a spa & wellness club and a private landing pad for helicopters on the estate. A public sailing club with a marina for 100 boats will also be built.
