The AIP foundation for academic business incubators has leased around 670 sq m of office space in the Heritage Gates building in the southwestern city of Wroc³aw, Lower Silesia province, for its AIP Business Link outlet.

AIP Business Link is a network of "business development accelerators" in Poland’s major cities.

The new tenant will move into the Heritage Gates building in late 2012 or early 2013.

Heritage Gates is at 28-31 Rze¼nicza St., 100 meters from Wroc³aw’s Old Town Market Square. The building was constructed in 1900 and has been entered into the local Register of Historical Buildings. After a renovation project completed this August, the building offers 1,025 sq m of retail space and 2,200 sq m of office space on the upper floors for lease.
