The shell of the Oxygen residential building, located on Wronia Street in Warsaw, has been completed according to schedule. The J.W. Wronia company, the investor behind the project, still has 160 apartments for sale, half of the total stock.

The apartments range from 39 sq m to 113 sq m in size. Some apartments on the ground floor will have their private gardens and mezzanines. Retail outlets will occupy more than 540 sq m in the building. There also will be a two-level underground garage in the building.
