Work to construct the Plac Strzelecki office building in the southwestern city of Wroclaw, Lower Silesia province is nearing completion. The building, located 2 kilometers from the Old Town market square, offers over 4,000 sq m of grade B office space and 720 sq m of retail space. It has a total space of 5,300 sq m.

The building has been designed by architectural practice Kwadrat Pracownia Architektury i Obslugi Inwestycyjnej and the general contractor is WPBP Nr 2 Wrobis SA. The building is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2012. The IK Development firm is responsible for leasing the space out to tenants.
