Celsa Huta Ostrowiec, a metallurgical company based in the southeastern city of Ostrowiec Swietokrzyski, has leased 520 sq m of office space at the Sienna Center building in Warsaw. International real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the deal.

Celsa Group of Spain has been the owner of the metal processing plant in Ostrowiec since 2003. The plant has operated for over 170 years and is the largest industrial facility in the province. Celsa Huta Ostrowiec will move into Sienna Center in November 2012. It will have a sales office in the building.

Sienna Center is in the center of Warsaw on a site adjoining Sienna, Twarda and Zelazna streets. It is composed of three independent parts with a gross leasable area of around 20,000 sq m. Construction was completed in 1998 and between 2009 and 2011 the building was thoroughly modernized. Its owners are the CA Immo and Axa companies.
