The company is one of the signatories of the “Cooperation for Safety in Construction” initiative established in August 2010 by the seven general contractors in Poland. The goal of the Cooperation is to reduce the number of accidents in the construction sector. In March 2011 the signatories defined a set of principles for cooperation with subcontractors. The “Standards of Minimum requirements” document that was signed includes working conditions and rules for training employees.

The “Cooperation for Safety in Construction” initiative is supported by National Labor Inspectorate. The group is open to other representatives of the construction sector in Poland. By working together the signatories want to achieve a significant improvement in safety on Polish construction sites.
