New Leases at Panattoni Park Wroc³aw I

IT service provider Hemmersbach has leased an additional 2,000 sq m of space in the Panattoni Park Wroc³aw I distribution center outside the city of Wroc³aw, Lower Silesia province, under an agreement with industrial space developer Panattoni Europe, which owns the center.

In another deal, Alu Trans System has extended its lease agreement with Panattoni. Alu Trans System occupies 3,000 sq m in the center.

Hemmersbach's lease is for 10,300 sq m in Panattoni Park Wroc³aw I. The newly leased space is designated for a new service project, a warehouse, offices and welfare facilities. Alu Trans System is a supplier of aluminum systems for the transport industry and vehicle parts.

Panattoni Park Wroc³aw I is composed of three buildings that provide a total of 84,000 sq m of industrial space. The complex is in the village of Bielany Wroc³awskie 15 kilometers southwest of the Wroc³aw city center.
