30-Year Lease for Ursynów

Griffin Group, the owner of an office building on Rosoła Street in Warsaw's Ursynów district, has signed a 30-year lease agreement with Ewangelickie Towarzystwo Oświatowe (ETO), a religious foundation providing educational services.

The office building was built in the 1990s. It has 5,000 sq m of space and is composed of three independent modules.
