BOŚ Bank Moves Into Feniks Building

Bank Ochrony Środowiska (BOŚ) has leased all the office space available in the Feniks building on Żelazna Street in Warsaw. The agreement, under which the bank will occupy almost 10,000 sq m, was signed for 12 years.

BOŚ provides banking services to both retail and corporate clients. It has been on the market since 1991 and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1997. The bank's main shareholder is the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW).

Feniks is a grade-A office building with around 9,000 sq m of office space on seven stories and around 1,000 sq m of retail space on the ground floor. There are 54 parking spaces underground. The developer is the Europlan company. Architects Archico Projekt managed by Konrad Tanasiewicz are responsible for the design. The general contractor is Modzelewski & Rodek.
